Policies

All prices are in USD! I first started my business while living in the US so the majority of my suppliers are American, therefore my jewelry is priced in the same currency. 

 

Purchases will be shipped to the address left at check out so please make sure it is correct. If you accidentally use the wrong address, contact us asap to change it as we often print labels right away. 

Once a package has been shipped to an incorrect address we are unable to stop it enroute. You will need to call your post office for help.

 Lost or undelivered

Within the US, if your package is lost or shows delivered but you did not receive it, we must wait 20 days past the shipping date to open a claim with USPS. Once the claim has been approved, we will reship the items in your order, unless we are out of stock, which then we will provide a store credit. No refunds will be issued.

Within Canada, if your package was shipped express with tracking and it is lost or shows delivered but you did not receive it, we can open a claim with Canada Post. Once the claim has been approved, we will reship the items in your order, unless we are out of stock, which then we will provide a store credit. No refunds will be issued. 

Within Canada, if your package was shipped regular mail, it can take up to 4-6 weeks to be delivered. Regular mail does not include a tracking number or insurance, therefore we are unable to assist with lost packages.

Warranty

We use the highest quality chains + clasps. We do offer a 30 day warranty if your piece arrives less than perfect. 

There are things that can happen beyond our control; tugging from children, exposure to chemicals & creams, catching your necklace on something. If you are finding yourself needing a new chain please contact us - include your metal choice & necklace length - and we can provide you with an invoice. 

Exchanges

We do not offer refunds but you're welcome to exchange a piece within 7 business days of arrival if your piece is unworn. Please email us to arrange shipment - any shipping fees to send/receive are the responsibility of the customer.

Earring Returns

For sanitary reasons we are not legally able to exchange earrings or accept returns on them. Feel free to gift them to someone who may also enjoy :)

Repairs 

Repairs can be done  - please contact us to discuss. Any return costs are customer's responsibility.
